The Chase and Kings Forest Community Project has a number of interesting volunteer vacancies. If you are able to help and have the skills to offer, we would be delighted to hear from you. Vacancies are as follows:
To support the Volunteer Coordinator to deliver a service to other volunteers in the Chase and Kings Forest locality. This will involve meeting with members of the public, identifying opportunities in community projects, providing information and keeping a records for the database.
You will play a crucial role in increasing our local knowledge and research into local groups and activities to add to our database. You will need internet skills, the ability to travel to community buildings in the Chase and Kings Forest Area and to input the data onto the Access database. Expenses will be paid.
If you are a professional trust fundraiser or are training to work in Trust fundraising, then we would love to invite you to join our small team in prospecting trust funds using our Funderfinder database and providing support to groups to apply for funding.
We are a developing project and are really needing administrative support until we get funding in place to offer a paid administrator role. If you are organized, work tidily, like setting up things to run efficiently and are able to use Microsoft packages to an intermediate level, please get in touch. The role may include input into our financial accounts also but training will be given.
